When first ordered the starter kit, two batteries that came with it was different. One had a nice, somewhat tight feel like a real cigarette when you puff, the other is very loose and you can literally feel the air escaping from the seams when you smoke. Almost impossible to use.
Since one battery came working, I figured I can live with it and did not RMA it.
Recently they had a new promotion where you ordered 3×10 cartridges, they give you a free battery. I took up the offer thinking I can get a good working spare battery. However, the battery that came with it turns out bad too. In fact it was so badly packed, the battery was fell outside the flimsy plastic wrap that was suppose to hold the battery.
I tried to contact the support, and all they replied was a lazy copy/paste statement taken from their website about battery maintenance. Hardly any help I must say. I filed for RMA.
I then left a testimonial at their website suggesting about this, but was deleted by their staffs in no less than an hour. I guess they only keep testimonials that favors them. Utterly sad and unorthodox.
Their cartridges now seems to NOT last as long anymore compared to those that came with the starter kit. You can see similar complains about this on their facebook and probably other review sites.
Only thing Smoketip is great is their free shipping and lifetime warranty. That makes ordering cartridges very affordable. Other than that, I don’t think I will order from them anymore after this 30 cartridges runs out.
